You can request product returns in the following situations:
Product not conforming to the specifications on the website: If the ordered product does not meet the specifications in our offer, you have the right to request its return for replacement or a full refund. If a higher value product is chosen to be replaced, you will pay the difference in price. If the value of the replacement product is less, you will be partially refunded up to the value of the replacement product. Return and shipping costs for the replacement product, if applicable, will be borne by us.
Parcels damaged on delivery: For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt, we recommend that you draw up a report in the presence of the courier and refuse their reception.
Products delivered wrongly: If you have received a product other than the one ordered, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can return the product and replace it with the correct one. All return and shipping costs for the correct product will be borne by us.
